I had heard that there are differents version of NFS MW for Java phones that is now lost. So, I decided to went on to try find more information of it. I had stumbles a set of images that seems to correlate to each other on NFS-Planet. As you can see, the hud is different and the font used is much more stylized. Reverse image search using TinEye reveals that some of them originated from es.ea.com and/or portugal.ea.com so at least we know that it is real.
There's one interesting line from it
Selecciona hasta 8 coches para jugar con ellos. = Select up to 8 cars to play with them.
From the versions that I can get my hands on, there is only 6 cars.
The hud is also different but is more similar to the versions we can get. There is a turbo gauge, shift lights and a proximity meter on both set of screenshot.Dodge Viper is also present in the screenshots which from versions that I gathered online, is not available.
Here's an IGN gameplay video of Most Wanted J2ME
At the end of the video Mazda RX-7 and Mazda RX-8 are used under approval of Mazda Motor Corporation. Toyoya, Lexus, Supra and IS300 and associated symbols, emblems and designs are intellectual property of Toyota Motor Corporation and used with permission.
Mazda RX-7 and Lexus IS300 is not available as well.
Some says that the version floating around the internet was extracted from a Motorola ROKR E6 which has the game built in so it might have cut some contents to fit in the phone.

Now onto NFS ProStreet.
I found a video on YouTube showcasing a trailer of NFS ProStreet mobile.
It said the game has 16 cars and 12 road courses. The one I can get only have 8 cars and 9 road courses. There is also an IGN review I found that do confirm of the existence of 16 cars.
I will try to find images later.

Hey guys, about ProStreet, I've found a version that do have the 16 cars but it's the 2D version and also it only has 11 tracks. But I do believe that a 3D version with the 16 cars do exist. I think there is three places where we could probably find it. 1. Sony Ericsson J2ME version While I have the jar files with the Sony Ericsson version, I don't have a Sony Ericsson phone and no emulator can ran any 3D J2ME Sony Ericsson phones. 2. Mega Drive 4 In Brazil, there is Mega Drive console that has a bunch of Mega Drive and also J2ME roms for some reason. Need for Speed ProStreet is one of them. Here's a gameplay video of the consoles games.
As you can see there is more than 8 cars but unfortunately the player didn't look at all of them till it loop back. 3.BREW version. Yes, this game do have a BREW version. In fact, all of IronMonkey's J2ME NFS games from ProStreet all up to The Run had BREW versions.Only NFS Most Wanted 2012 don't. Though unlike the earlier Ideaworks's NFS BREW versions, IronMonkey's NFS BREW versions is the same as the J2ME versions which is a shame since Ideaworks showed that a lot more can be done with the BREW platform. Here's a forum post where you can find NFS and also other games BREW versions. (not including NFS UG2 and NFS MW BREW versions). While I researching NFS ProStreet mobile versions, I found these 3 pictures with a different hud possibly a beta version of it.
I also found a picture which showed drag racing. I cannot find any other picture of this drag event. Could it be the 12th track that the 2D version lacked ?

Thanks ktoplay, at least we have 2 more places where we could find it. I actually found a blog post about the Mega Drive 4 hardware. It's in portugese though but by the look of it the blogger already examined and dumped the content of the console in a .bin format. Unfortunately there is no emulator for the Mega Drive 4 and while you can extract the main bin files for roms including the rom for NFS ProStreet, it would not run on either a typical Mega Drive emulator or J2ME emulator. Here's the website. tabajara-labs.blogspot.com/2017/10/hackeando-o-mega-drive-4-parte-1.html

Tectoy made the Zeebo console, it also had its own NFS, or rather a port with the PSP, Carbon Own The City. There is still no emulator for this console, and it is unlikely to be on Mega Drive 4. I mean, I can’t open this bin without the help of a programmer, I helped with what I could.

I realized that I didn't update this, KrZ One confirms a while back that the BREW version of NFS ProStreet does have 16 cars. There's some additional stuff I found regarding NFS's on mobiles. 1.Apparently, the first NFS on a portable device is actually NFS High Stakes for Pocket PC/Windows Mobile. It's developed by ZIOSoft and was presumably released around 2002. ZIOSoft web archiveSome gameplay footage Soundtrack PlaylistDownload link .exe.cab2.Beside BREW and J2ME, NFS Undercover feature phone version also released on Symbian and Windows Mobile. These latter port have slightly better 3D graphics compared to the former. Symbian itself also has two versions, the normal S60V3 version and the N-Gage service version. Windows Mobile Symbian (S60V3) Download Link Windows MobileSymbian3. Windows Mobile also got NFS Shift and NFS Hot Pursuit. For NFS Shift, it got both a feature phone version and a smartphone version. Feature Phone Smartphone 4. Blackberry got NFS Shift and it's one of the first OpenGL games on Blackberry. Graphically,it's the best feature phone version. A review video which also serves as a comparison between the mobile ports variants. Download link
How to Play the Windows Mobile NFS
1. Go to the link below and choose Windows Mobile Emulator Portable
2. Uncompress the .7z
3.Download the .cab files and put it in the WM_CARD folder.
4.Double click "START Windows Mobile Emulator.bat".
5.Type "16" and press enter.
6.Once fully booted, click the Windows icon to go to the app menu. Click and drag the cursor up to scroll down to the File Explorer.
7.Click My Documents and it should bring down the drop down menu. Click Storage Card
8.Click the game you want to install. Stick with the default option.
9.Once installed, you can go back to the app menu and go to Games.
10.Click the game you want to play and enjoy.
Additional notes for NFS High Stakes
- Once the game started, click File and then click Configure. Go to Display and change the orientation by 90 degress.
- You can only choose a Single Arcade as Career Mode crashes.
- Controls are a bit funky.
Left arrow keys : Accelerate Right arrow keys : Brake and Reverse Click and drag the bar at the bottom to steer.

That's the phone firmware, decryptable and after that, mountable. But no promises that the game itself is there, probably easier to get a phone off ebay since prostreet was apparently pre-installed for W760i. (might do it lol)

I tried to find a program to open the firmware, but specifically for this phone, it went into oblivion, all links are long dead. It's easy to say, "Buy a phone", and if that version is the most common, and the only difference is in its control and screen orientation, then it will be wasted money.
