And so, I returned with a few finds.
And discovered 2 arts. (Videos and screenshots did not want to show)
One of which I have not met before.
Themselves arts with beta logo.
Included with the Japanese umd was a piece of paper with images of NFS Underground 2 and Burnout 3. If you know Japanese, then try reading.
A few images from the PS Store.
Umd without rating and art.
A slightly different scale and, according to the standard, a different logo.
That's all for now.

Studied screenshots and videos from Underground Rivals a bit. Here's what I can say. When we see screenshots with colored headlights and license plates, we are talking about a build from TGS 2004 (Tokyo Game Show). In this build, the traffic had the default white color, and there were no barriers on the tracks. That build was 50% ready (As IGN said), as the video shows various bugs with loading textures and a bug with a map. If we see screenshots of the garage and, in general, the game logo does not look like the final one, then we are talking about the CES 2005 build (Consumer Electronics Show). Various changes are already noticeable there, and in general, the build is similar to the final one. From this we conclude that painting headlights, various effects and license plates were removed at an early stage of development.
