As far as hyper/supercars go the only one I'd buy would be the McLaren P1.

Why would they care about a 50 people elitist community lol They want to sell the product, and go with current trends, companies are no longer interested in making timeless classics like nfsu2, because people buy it once and play for a long time. Making something that need replacing with another game quickly makes more monies "Why would they care about a 50 people elitist community lol" the official reddit used to be a huge mess of complaints until they banned 50% of the entire subreddit lol. now criticism posts are generally deleted

Wasn't there a Carbon reveal trailer that also had neon? EA probably did plan it too be Underground 3 early in but mixed quite a lot of Most Wanted elements such as supers and police, so BB decided too differentiate it from the Underground name. "micro" I respect the fact that they didn't do any paid dlc in the new nfs, but driving simply doesn't look fun Also, some ideas look ridiculous. Dragsters? LED strips glued to car? Eternal rain? You know whats rediculous? Time of day changes by location... SERIOUSLY EA? IT'S 2016, WHO STILL DOES THAT? (Yes, I hate this game with a passion) NFS 2015's dragsters were pretty fun, they just didn't fit the tuner culture as much like supers. I still have some mixed opinions on the Supers and if they do fit in with other vehicles. And the permanent night is probably a nod towards illegal street racing tending to be at night due too less police.

I've always seen Carbon more like an UG3 as well. It's more similar to it (the tuning and setting for instance), than MW, though technically it's MW's sequel. Speaking about the post Black Box era, well, NFS ceased to be NFS for me after this era ended (unfortunately with a disappointment). I only like HP 2010 from the newer games, which is really good (imo) and really worth playing over and over, but beside it, the other don't even have the NFS feeling to them anymore... only the name. MW 2012 seriously, it feels much more like Burnout than NFS (and the devs even admitted iirc that it's ,,Burnout's spiritual successor,,), The Run was crap, and so on. NFS 2015 looks pretty interesting, and, at least, it's one of the better NFS games of the current era. But even so, it still doesn't feel like NFS at all. Sometimes I wonder how NFS would've looked if they continued to use the EAGL engine (probably with ridiculous shaders). NFSU-NFSC are timeless classics, I don't think we'll ever see something so good again... , and beside this, EA is absolutely pathetic as a publisher and seems to care very little about their older games (which are still being played to this day), because they made them so known. Some (or many) of you have seen my Origin related topic regarding the classics. Despite the claims that they ,,are always looking for adding more classics to Origin,, , according to Nils, when I asked him what happened with Pro Street, he said that they removed it (earlier this year) because ,,some people experienced issues with the game,,. They were so unbelievably lazy to fix the damn game that they instead removed it completely from Origin. GG EA, best decision ever. See ya bankrupt. Other devs like Valve and Blizzard make sure their games work flawlessly on modern systems, but EA, no, ,,if it doesn't work, remove it, why bother fixing it lawl. Not worth. Let's just do something stupid, much easier, right eh?,,. So lame and dumb. Blizzard just patched up Diablo 2 recently, as an example of a company that cares about its games, not like this shit. I think I'll stick with the aforementioned games as long as they'll work on modern PCs, no matter how old they are, until I'll see something great once again.

If EA says "stay tuned", "we are working on it" or anything similar, that means they don't give a shit. Also:
Stay tunedâ„¢ - Marc De Vellis

Good times ... when I was playing MW and Carbon ... and I couldn't understand a word in English ... but I was racing , getting territories , beating Blacklist members ... putting big rims and big spoilers on my car xD ... These moments won't come back , EA wants just money , not releasing timeless classics like 03-06 games were ... We should live in the past xD
P.S. The forums are gone, you can see profiles (tried NFSINTREPID's) but the posts ... are gone ... all of them :'/

Well, I bet that my only issue with the new NFS will be the fact that drifting is still a faster way to turn than griping. From what I've heard, the only exception to this rule is the S2000 (it takes corners quickly even with grip tuning according to my source). Better than nothing, though right now I'm not tempted to buy this NFS unless it goes on sale. I mean, paying $60 or something for a racing video game where only a single car can grip properly is not worth it.

Paying $60 for an online only game isn't worth to begin with. Not unless it's really, really good. But as a general rule, paying full price for games isn't worth it. Waiting for sales is much better.

The worst part is you can drifr AWD and FWD like RWD. The front wheels should instantly pull the car back not make it drift...

Don't forget the car handles itself if you tune any car in a drift setup.
