A'ight, i've decided to make a tutorial on how to enable the "Fog Effect" on NFSC.
It looks pretty awesome and it works on any version [except 1.2 since it crashes sometimes, but it works for it too!]
Step 1. Open up Cheat Engine [any version]
Step 2. Click that focken attractive Green button and open NFSC :
Step 3. Click "Add address manually" and copy these settings and click OK after you've copied 'em :
Step 4. Double click "Value" and replace 0 with 1, it should look like this :
And, Step 5. Enjoy!
