Guys, idk if anyone was talking about that...but do you remember such thing as "Hails" of blacklist members?I think BB wanted to do a territory system looking like they did in NFSC(as it shown in the demo when you won against Kenji in the canyon),but they simply forgot to remove it or it really had nothing to do with it.For example,JV got the Dunwich Village and Earl had Grey Point. Also I remember the same system in NFSC OTC(Carbon for PSP and DS),where you needed to win all races in single district to race the boss of that territory. But MW itself hasn't got a borders between districts and the only reference to "hails" is the intros of every blacklist member. I googled Gary Oldman but forgot to add R WutFace and tried to find something that tells us about dis shiet but there was just nothing.Idk was it on old forum but if someone is interested in this I will try to do a version of Rockport with hails of every blacklist member. If staff feels that this thread need to be removedor closed asap,do please

hail from somewhere means "to come from or to have been born in a particular place". It tells you whereabouts of those members and... that's really it.

There's no real gameplay significance in where a BL member hails from. I think it was intended to give an idea of where their races take place, but not all of them seem to match up.
Districts in MW (as well as UG2) do have borders, they're just not shown on the map at all. I've thought about making a map showing where each district/landmark is before so I might end up actually doing it if the demand is there.

I rather believe the district behind the name and car tells you where the Blacklist member lives/comes from/hangs out und probably even owns/controls that district.

What you mean with the last sentence? Rockport has many smaller district within the three main districts. If I remember correctly, the challenge message from Vic says the streets of camden are his.. something like that can be wrong tho

All the blacklist members are able to hang together in any part of the city except for the player because they all hate him. Sonny and Taz controls Rosewood, Vic - Baron controls Camden point, while the rest control downtown. But they don't really care much about their turf except when it comes to the player.
