All the currently known nfsc beta palmont races are on this map. Note the race in sliverton, which is basically race_bin_casino/extra01. The reason I bring it up is the end of the race matches up perfectly with a road on the demo map. The reason I didnt count the demo drift race is because it just sends you to the final drift track. Unfinished canyon in my opinion is the mystery city canyon, its landscape seems to match the landscape in this concept art, which was drawn when mc was still in development that can be seen in this video at 6:38 |

what about Anderson Way though? Its the 1st confirmed  race in beta palmont. and it fits perfectly with the demo map. In my opinion its the only connection we have to a drive-able beta palmont.  |

panorama city was a hoax from rockport so people would believe it exists
they never came back after
thats why its called mystery city, mysterious because it didnt actually existed and people were gone~.....

maybe EA just put Panorama city only for the scenery it self (even i dont know is the panorama city and the mystery city just a textures? cause i still using TexEd but idk wheres it is) and yes, panorama city and mystery city just a scenery with textures since they dont want to work hard againand putting textures instead the real driveable one.
if they really made the panorama city and mystery city not with textures but made an another driveable city in Need For Speed Carbon, EA will just stupidly double sizing the game files required to be installed in PC (or played in PS2) itself.

Panorama City got its name from us. It was called that because the all city is is basically just a panoramic texture to serve as scenery. Nothing very significant about its name. |

Devs never cared about much about location, which divides the sense of map types into implied(the world map from quick race and GPS) and actual(the 3D map/L4DR). The pan city from Lookout Point is a LOD representing Palmont City to make up the scenery. It makes zero sense to be drivable. I have small doubts from the concept art from the start of MW2011's vid being concept art and Misteri City seems edited in. The whole concept art is rather promotion. Plus, how the hell Misteri City could be an easter egg when it's FOUND in game files? Thank god, Greg Butcher gave on NFST and makes music nowadays. I might make a post debunking most MW's theories had my old PC stayed with me.
