The concept video for MW shows us an early design of Rockport (or Rapid City in the beta/alpha stage). Members here would say, "It's a concept video, fucker!" Well, the "early design" has similarities in road layout and placement of districts. Whilst I was watching the concept video, I noticed 1st that Rosewood is similar to the final version but totally different: The campus and the neighboring S-shaped road's layout is same. The "S" here stands for the stadium. The stadium's location, as you can see, is different. Note that the concept art of Rosewood shows the same location this video The concept video shows us landmarks that resemble the ones in the final game. To prove that, I drew the blue Porsche's path from the video. At 0:12, there's a tunnel (labeled "1") that resembles the tunnel southwest of Rosewood. "3" (0:56) here is identical to a part of HWY 99 northeast of Rosewood. On to Rockport Red indicates incomplete or unconfirmed roads. Grey lines and numbers represent a district or area of interest. 1)Rosewood obviously. 2)This is now Downtown Rockport in the final game. Here, mountains used to be here instead of the Manhattan-esque buildings 3)Camden Point but its seems as rural as Rosewood. 4)Grey Point or might be a part of Camden Point. The red question mark represents an unfinished road. 5) Possibly the ocean. If I'm right, the beach (Camden Beach) we all know is in Rosewood or possibly Grey Point. The map couldn't be fully detailed as the map in the concept video is low-resolution and I used a mouse to sketch over it.

I assume the map seen in the video might be a satellite image of the real world environment they used/borrowed for the game. That explains the locations of detailed places that look realistic as of satellite eye e.g. the stadium.
