BMW_24 I can't recall this vinyl being in the final game. It's a livery of an actual racecar though. I recall seeing that in NFSWiki. Btw, this site has loads of beta stuff(Most of the stuff is already known though.) Felipe is an editor there. Too bad, it's not in English. EDIT: Just noticed, he found that vinyl as well. |

Look at that, the license plate reads "City of Rosewood". Wait the entire city was called Rosewood at one point in development? why change it to Rockport? Probably because Rosewood isn't a really good name for a heavily industrial city. |

It had the name "Rapid City" on it I guess it was cut for the same reason Rosewood was cut. Both names are more suitable for maps like Redview county. |

Maybe in early development of "Rapid City" , there was supposed to be some sort peaky road around well.. West side of the Rosewood where there's a bridge lead to the Palmont City? I could be wrong and i'm doubting it. |

It's Chitaqua Peaks Note that it also has the "M-O" badge on the hood, which is visible in copmidsize's textures but can't be seen on the car itself in the final game. |

Meanwhile:  This is a final version of Rockport's map...  ...and this is an earlier version of Rockport's map circa PS2 demo's release date (recreated with my magics named "photoshop usage skillz")...  ...and this is the same map as above but with "E3DEMO" dragstrip segment pasted on it (brightness wasn't fixed on purpose). Find as much differences as you can. (tip: from latest to earliest: final > beta > E3 segment) |
