Interesting... I have no idea what are these... For who is interested the race is the Sprint 12.2.1, a.k.a, the Izzy sprint challenge in the final game. Btw, in Quick Play you may see 4-5 opponents in a race.  Still trying to find the race again, but I believe that it is something from Quick Play |

This box art was around before actual game release...was it ever printed who knows?
You will only race against Mia if you have the X360 e3 demo, dunno if it was ever available as promo or download...chances are it wasn't except during the nfs events and magazine reviews (ign etc) and E3...
