outrun is a left over from ug2. its still in carbon. i dont think its actually in the game though.

when you lose the race you actually win. i dont think there is a finish line so you would just get to the end of the race and nothing will happen

I think on final version you are number 16 cos we beat it Rog on demo. In final version there is no 16th spot. The RPD rap sheet proves it. If a racer is not on the 15, he is just another racer. There may be some sort of ranking that exists other than the blacklist 15 but as far as I'm concerned Blacklist 16 or whatever does not exist. |

To me it looks like a placeholder FNG file, the 500,000 bounty probably won't change that string or something other than the hashes to challenge this rival.
The only blacklist race was against Rog, and that is it from the demo.
