The vehicle itself was unused, probably scrapped later in development, and later appears in carbon. In carbon there was also supposed to be a Cadillac but people say it got replaced by Chrysler. |

As i think, cashgrab is similar to multipoint but you get some cash after getting to checkpoints
Also, that world map menu reminds me of the one in UG2.
