The Cruisers (Crown Vics) with the SUV's comes from the Beta and former concept, they probably wanted a variety of units per heat level afterall...the intro andcut scenes still feature the former concept, Crown Vics with SUV'S, the only Corvette is from Cross.
The roadblock does make sense, it is basically a regular roadblock as in real life, they don't always line-up in a perfect line.

Multi Point is basically a stupid name for the tollbooth races imo...second guess is they wanted checkpoint races like in Carbon, it's just tollbooth races without tollbooths... Of course, Speedtrap races share the same basics as tollbooth/checkpoint races... I think the events you see ate from a Blacklist rival where you have to race thru the speed traps in free roam, the line up looks line it's the Milestones from a rival... |
