Jackspots are not in the VEHICLELIST, they are in GAMEPLAY.BNDL.
Little side note: IIRC, the cut vehicles' jackspots were removed. However I gave them jackspots once by replacing another car's jackspot with a cut car/special car. (I did this in GAMEPLAY.BNDL, however it can be done with Cheat Engine too)

First off, this is a forum. People might come here every day and might not. Don't expect updates too often and don't make multiple posts in a row unless it's reasonable. Cut vehicles jackspots are indeed removed in the final game, replacing jackspots works perfectly(even on vita, lol). All BNDL files are zlib compressed. If you don't know what that means, then there isn't really a point in explaining futher. danz would you happen to have a video or something explaining it? Asking just-in-case.

I don’t have one on hand at the moment, but I can definitely make one and a little explanation as well.

Alright, so sorry for taking so long lol. Here's a guide on how to modify Jackspots in Most Wanted 2012! To mod Jackspots, you are going to need a few tools. 1. A hex editor. I recommend HxD for this. 2. A tool to extract/unpack and repack the .BNDL files that MW2012 has. I recommend Noesis along with DGIorio's Noesis tools. They work really well, and also allow you to view models and textures and export them to the desired file extension easily. 3. A Car ID list, which hrjohn has kindly created and provided for everyone! Now we have to unpack the file, and then modify it. I will be using and guiding you through with Noesis and HxD on this step. 1. Navigate to tools in Noesis, and select "Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 Unpacker". 2. Select the file that we are going to be unpacking, which in this case is GAMEPLAY.BNDL which is located in "Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\GAMELOGIC". Press browse, and choose a unpacked location. Then press ok. 3. Go to where the unpacked files are located, open the 15_00_00_00 (GenesysObject, thanks to DGIorio for clarifying the name lol ), and open the file named CB_92_0E_00.dat in a hex editor. It will look like this 4. Open the Car ID list, and copy the 4 byte array of the car's Jackspot that you want to replace. I want to replace one of the Nissan R35 Jackspots with a Ford Crown Victoria, so I copy the Nissan R35 4 byte array! (Don't worry, all Jackspots won't be replaced if you do it properly.) 5. Go back to the hex editor, and press Control+F to open the search menu. Paste the copied array in! Make sure to have these settings, then press ok. It should highlight something, but tab out and go to the next instruction. 6. Go back to the Car ID list, and copy the array of the car you want to have as a Jackspot. Go back to the hex editor, and press Control+V (or your paste button), and it should replace what was there. Press Control+S or the save button, and close HxD. 7. Lastly, we need to repack the file! Go back to Noesis, select tools, and press the packer instead of unpacker this time. Press browse, and head to where the unpacked files/folders are, and select ID.BIN. It should make a new BNDL file, rename it to the original file (GAMEPLAY.BNDL), and there you go! Now you have a modded Jackspot! Hope everyone has fun with this! smokygr hrjohn
Some pics too (Modified string so I know which is an Explorer, and which is a Crown Victoria

Yeah lol, always did for me. Sometimes, if you modify the IDs.bin incorrectly it wont repack, but in this case it repacked perfectly fine!

Hello Everyone! I'm new to forum sites, so please correct me If do something wrong in 'ere. I've been reading this thread after finding out about the 2011 proto on youtube. As I've been digging into the final version's files, I also have found beta stuffs. I am inexperienced but I want to help. I might look for small stuff for now, however I will show something left in the manual If this hadn't been found before. link to Image(s) I hope this helps in any way.

Thank you. I think the most interesting part is the fact the manual still says you can spill trailer cargo like in carbon and the original most wanted. This Basically.

Ok. So I have a theory: What If we had a built in car changer for the game, instead of a separate app then add collision to the leftover garages in the final game and try making it a "jack spot" that will open up the car changer menu allowing any player to choose an already claimed jackpot car. I know this is possible to make considering all the tools we have available, but it would be difficult and long process to make it a built in car built in or sorta integrated car mod thing. we also have mods such as tocaedit which gives a debug-like camera and realistic steering options and this weird shady paid for custom color changer mod that adds infinite nitro and ricer suspension? anyway I know this all possible, and can give us a need for speed game without a story and more like any past title like a hot pursuit without weapons or the original most wanted. anywho, I'd share my idea based on I think we already know and hopefully more people will support this game, the devs, and the prototypes.
TL;DR: Car Changer, Multiplayer colors in singleplayer, Tocaedit a form of "jackspot hack" used in the unused garages as a game mod theory. and lot of weird creepy pseudo new york slang.
I think to make the car changer garage thing to work, is we add a button "jack" thing that will freeze the game opening a car menu based on earned cars and color / tuning options.
